Posca coloured pencils are uniquely made with oil and wax, which creates intense and vivid works. They are lead pencils that are easy to sharpen with no breaking or crumbling, making them effective for detailed work as well as heavy colouring. Posca pencils are suitable for both amateurs and artists to use with a range of drawing techniques. Due to being dense and robust they allow you to saturate the colour to obtain up to 6 degrees of intensity. Posca pencils are also water resitant making them very versatile. Use them with other drawing mediums such as watercolour, gouche and acrylic. They are permanent on porous supports. The use of a fixative varnish is possible for the protection of your posca pencil works.
