RISO MIScreen Digital QS Mesh - 120 Grade Mesh 50m

Digital QS Mesh is a unique polyester silkscreen mesh with a thermal film precoated to the back of the mesh which keeps the screen tensioned at all times - on or off a frame.

This unique coating allows you to create screens on a desktop, in normal light conditions, without no solvents/ no chemical emulsions/ no screen coatings/ no drying/ no washouts - pretty much all that time consuming part of screen making is eliminated for you.

RISO Kagaku of Japan manufacture the unique thermal screen mesh for decades, the new generation is QS Digital Mesh suited for all RISO Digital models.

To reuse the screen, remove excess ink and cleaned immediately after use with water or suitable cleaner.

Waterbased inks will dissolve under cold running water, without need for scrubbing/ cleaning - just allow 30 seconds for water to begin dissolving the ink.
Do not use abrasive cleaners/ scrubbers or harsh solvents as they may damage the thermal film on rear of mesh.

Using harsh ink cleaning chemicals or solvents applied (harsh solvents may damage bonding glue or thermal film).
Weak solvents used to remove ink will not damage mesh provided a final water wash is applied following ink removal.
